pile cap & reinforced concrete solutions
Our pile cap foundation solutions are ideal for steel portal frame buildings, log cabins, temporary offices & mezzanine floors, and they can be constructed and designed to any shape. We install the required piles that are specified in the design, then add a steel reinforcement cage to create a cap. Depending on the type of piling system used, we design and install the selected piles and hand over the site to the next contractor to complete the ground works. We can also complete any further ground works if required.
Additionally, we are experienced in fitting reinforced concrete slabs and rafts into the foundations as a speedy way to create a solid base for almost any project. We often use slabs for new properties, garages and extensions instead of standard block-and-beam floors as they can be built independently or tied into piles. We also offer a pile-only installation service.
